We entrusted the sale of our house with Leanne because we knew it would be in capable hands. Her expert knowledge of what we needed to do to get the best results possible put us in good stead and we were not disappointed. Leanne treated us, as the sellers, with the utmost respect at all times and guided us through the process like the professional that she is. The marketing was superb as well as all the wee extra things she did made the whole process seamless and enjoyable. All the small details were thought of. She even left treats for us with a personally written update after each open home! So instead of worrying about who had been in our home, we were excited about all the great feedback and the interest we got. As for being newbies to the Auction process, Leanne took us through everything and made us feel relaxed and totally at ease. After sales care was great too and really showed us how Leanne genuinely cares for both her clients as well as the prospective buyers also.
