Sale of private dwelling
Fletcher has recently sold our private dwelling . We have found the whole process easy Fletcher explains each step and keeps informed of progress. We sold for more than expected with Fletcher knowing who would most likely go for this style ( character ) house. Being a people person certainly helps to cross over walls make people relax hence giving negotiating a better outcome . I have no hesitation recommending Fletcher and Jason to selling your home!

Arend recommended a Deadline sale as one that can deliver a quick result if required, and it delivered. He kept us regularly informed of progress, and remained professional at all times, whilst allaying any concerns snd giving advice when required. Arend has a number of years experience in real estate and gave us confidence in a sale in a down trending market.

Friendly and Effective
