I was selling my PN home from Auckland. I have a proerty manager friend at Harcourts in Auckland who recommend a contact in PN. That contact went to see the home with Carole and both the contact and Carole sent reports back. Carole kept in touch and then we made the decision to sell. Carole was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful with all the required forms, how to complete them and engaging a solicitor and everything we needed to consider. Once the forms were done she then continually kept us up to date with progress regarding open homes, viewing numbers and their level of genuine interest. We then received three offers simultaneously so she went through all of the pros and cons of each, answering numerous questions and covering all scenarios and options to help us to decide on how to proceed. Carole assisted us through the negotiations on our preferred contract until agreement was reached. There were some difficulties on our title that we were unaware of that had to be overcome. Carole kept in regular contact and offered knowledgeable experience with both ourselves and the purchaser so each remain engaged, focused and positive about resolution. Although slightly delayed, settlement was achieved with Carole staying in contact throughout the day with a big congratulations at the end. I was so impressed with Carole, especially as we chose her 'sight unseen' as it were. I was lucky enough to meet her once when I flew down to help clear out the property and she was so helpful and relatable. The property needed a thorough clean and she recommended one of her contacts and they turned out to be amazing and well priced also. Just simply an all round great mainly remote experience and I couldn't have wished for better. I will recommend her immediately to any of my PN friends if the need arises.
