Deb really understands the local market and she is highly experienced. Selling houses as a client is a stressful experience, so it's good to be in safe hands getting the upfront story with no embellishment and assessing potential buyers from the tire kickers, so not wasting everybody's time. We were selling my late Uncle's house, and trying to sell a house in Palmerston North when you live in Auckland can be a little daunting, but Carole made the process very smooth and stress-free.
