Professional, genuine, and a pleasure to work with
Deb was highly recommended to us by a friend/neighbour, and we’re so glad we chose her to sell our home. From the very beginning, her communication was clear and consistent, and she always offered honest and thoughtful advice, something we really valued during such a big decision. Selling a home can feel overwhelming, but Deb genuinely had our best interests at heart throughout the entire process. She worked hard for us from start to finish, making the experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. Even the small gestures, like leaving a chocolate for me on Mother’s Day after an open home, showed her kindness and attention to detail. We’ve dealt with a few agents in the Manawatū, and Deb is right at the top. If we ever buy or sell again, we’ll be straight back to her without hesitation.

We had a great experience with Felicity. Her communication was a highlight for us. Felicity checked in and updated us regularly. She was very helpful and nothing seemed to be a problem. Motivated agents secure a sale!
We approached Jeremy and Casey for help with our sale, after an unsuccessful campaign with different agents. We were impressed with the motivation shown by both Jeremy and Casey, to increase foot traffic for viewings and increase market exposure. Their communication is great, regular updates and flexibility with arranging private viewings. Highly recommend this team for getting a sale over the line!

Top team - honest and professional
Jeremy, Casey and Hannah were great to deal with. Their local knowledge, attention to detail and upfront and honest approach was valued. I am Tauranga based and as an absentee owner, I relied heavily on Jeremy and Casey to market and sell my property. Their communication with me during the sale process was next level. They kept me informed every step of the way. It wasn’t just about getting the listing, it was a commitment to selling the property and getting the best result. The team were proactive in marketing and working towards securing the sale. I can’t speak highly enough of their professionalism. Having used other agents in the PN area previously, I can say hand on heart - these guys beat them all hands down! Highly recommended.

An outcome that surpassed expectations
I couldn't have expected the results achieved by Jeremy, Casey and Hannah in just 7 days of being on the Market. Their collective approach meant I was kept fully informed as to the feedback on my Property and I couldn't be more delighted. What stands out is that what they say they will do, is what they deliver. Efficient and Professional!
We couldn’t praise Jeremy enough with helping us on our fast journey to buying our first home! From the first open home he was very responsive to our enquiries, fast to accomodate our needs with builder's inspection and of course answer the numerous questions we had. All making for a very easy process - which is almost unheard of (so we’ve been told!).

Excellent service
The team successfully put our house to market, and sold it unconditional in 9 days. As soon as I tell friends how efficient the process was for us they automatically guessed that it was Jeremy, Casey and Hannah. This demonstrates their reputation as excelling professionals in their field and we are very grateful. Although we bought another house with a different agency, Jeremy went above and beyond by supporting us during this process. Absolutely outstanding work.
