I had a wonderful experience with Leeanne. Leeanne would always message after open homes saying how many went through or not.. She always gave plenty of notice for private viewing.. as it was rental property the tenant was more than happy with Leeanne also.. I wouldn't hesitate to use Leeanne again in the future.. as I couldn’t get away from work Leeanne drove out there for me to sign paper nothing was a problem..

Jan was a lovely women who was excited to show me through the property happy to answer any questions we had and seemed very genuine and keen to get me into the property market which is a great assistance for a younger bloke like myself. If the situation ever arose again to buy a property I would go out of my way to get Jan's assistance in the matter over any other agent I've dealt with in the last year.

I first became acquainted w/Jan as a realtor when I attended some of her open homes in the community. Although I wasn’t there to buy - and told her so - she was unfailingly cordial, informative, and took time to discuss my future needs. So when the time came to market my own home, she was the obvious choice. I have not been disappointed. From the onset, Jan’s work has been characterised by complete transparency, prompt and open communication, and a high calibre of professionalism. In particular, she was endlessly patient with my exacting standards for the quality of the online presentation, even supporting multiple visits by the photographer. This writer later received numerous compliments from colleagues in the building and design industry on the excellent online layout, including Jan’s well written property description.. I am now searching for my forever home and very much hope that - directly or indirectly - Jan will be part of that process. I can’t recommend her highly enough !

We were very happy with the knowledge Leeanne had gained regarding our house and the area it was in during our first meeting . Very efficient in gathering details and presenting us with the mock up of the description of the house ,photos , etc. Helpful with recommending people to help with staging and gardens in the area on our request. Good communication and advice when we asked for it, and a agent who listened to our requests which was much appreciated. We would definitely work with her again.

Leeanne has been wonderful to work with, the property we purchased is half an hour away travel for her, the several times we visited the property there was no hesitation to make it happen so we could view . While on site she was relaxed and gave us the space to discuss, but was very informative when we had questions. Once we got to legal part of the transaction, Leeanne was very efficient assisting us and the vendor reaching an agreement. Highly recommended.
