Highly recommend Jan
Jan was incredibly responsive, knew the market well and was compassionate and considered in our current situation. She kept us well informed of what was happening at each open home, including the level of interest, and we felt that Jan really had our best interests at heart. I'm pleased we chose Jan as the agent to sell the property and would recommend her to others.

Professional proactive service
We met Jan at an Open Home, while staying in Oamaru. At the time we wern"t able to make an offer on the home we viewed, but Jan stayed in touch, keeping us updated until we were able to return and revisit the house. Throughout the process of submitting an offer, negotiating with the vendor and going unconditional, Jan was professional, proactive and extremely helpful, making our purchase straightforward and stress-free. Yah, we've sold
Our experience dealing with Daryl, Dan and Nakita during the marketing and selling of our property and the purchase of our new home has been a mixture of knowledge, expertise, and a lot of laughs along the way. A dedicated, knowledgeable, professional and caring Agent.
If you list your house with Natalie you become the most important person in her world. Her one goal in her life at that moment is to sell your house and be with you every step of the way. Natalie is knowledgeable of the current market, friendly, caring and professional. She takes into consideration every aspect, including dealing with an elderly, visually impaired owner with compassion, kindness and patience. Natalie gave regular updates via several mediums and ensured that we were fully informed of the process and progress. I cannot praise highly enough how enjoyable it was working with Natalie even though it was an extremely stressful time. Natalie is positive but honest so she does not make promises that she can't keep but she does keep your spirits up. Whilst I don't want to buy or sell a house again anytime soon, if I did, I would absolutely use Natalie. Natalie rocks like a rocky thing from rocksville!
