We appreciated that she kept in regular contact keeping us updated about potential buyers. She also provided market reports for online access to our property showing there was interest throughout New Zealand as well as Oamaru and the lower South Island.

Jan made buying our first home a smooth and seamless journey and her knowledge and commitment put us at ease throughout the process. She was open and honest throughout the process ensuring we were aware of all aspects of the property that we were purchasing. I appreciate that the duration of our decision process Jan left us to it and was not continuously calling us for a response but was available at all hours when we needed answers to our queries, she was not pushing for a sale she genuinely wanted us to be satisfied with our purchase.
