Not long after I engaged with Diego, I understood why he was awarded as Top 1 nationwide. Anyone can sell in a flamboyant market but tough market shows who the true top-notches are, and Diego is definitely one of them. He knows the market and is clear about his strategy, with agile approaches. When things don’t work out( no viewers or offers) he’s always optimistic and encouraging which soothed my anxiety a lot. The service is spectacular and the communication is ALWAYS timely, to some extent I even wonder if he used AI because he and his team are always there, you literally get an answer within seconds. Tops sales are truly different, his resilience, grit, determination and knowledge are on next level; I felt I’ve actually learnt these precious qualities by working with him during the sales of my house. Diego is the best, I’ve recommended him to every house owner I know within my network and would totally work with him again myself in the future.

Diego and his team at Harcourts were great in selling my house, it went under contract in the first weekend it was on the market. The only negative is it was a very long settlement date and I was under the impression that this could be bought forward and it could not. The marketing was second to none and even though it was under contract for a few months , Pari still had to continue to do open homes. Pari is lovely and very nice to deal with.

Lisa is available, engaged, honest and knowledgeable. Site inspections were easy to coordinate in a relatively short time frame. Questions / requests for information were answered on the spot or at least promptly. Lisa also went above and beyond for the elderly vendor.

We're still on Cloud 9 having just sold our house from a pre-auction offer. Team Diego have been amazing from our very first meeting. We had everything explained to us clearly and we were well informed every step of the way. They gave us a few suggestions to prepare our place in order to get top dollar, and gave us plenty of warning when they were bringing buyers around to view. Diego and his team have just sold our investment property and we couldn’t be more pleased with the service we received. Diego knows our area well and so was able to give us the best marketing strategy to get a sale in a very different market to the previous one we sold in. Before we listed, we spoke to the top three agents in the area and asked each of them to appraise our house. All of the agents had great reviews online and seemed really nice. We can't fault any of them, but Daniel just came out on top as a really genuine, friendly and practical guy that we resonated with and had a good gut feeling about. He appraised our place 10-20% than the other agents, and a little higher than what we thought we could achieve. We were really impressed how much he backed himself to get what he said the place was worth. Before even signing the agency agreement, Daniel had plenty of useful feedback about what work was worth doing to prep the property, and what was a waste of time. We agreed with his logic on the method of sale, and the ideal buyer. The market wasn't frothy when we listed for sale, but we had several offers, and Daniel helped guide us to get a conditional sale for a really good price. We were super happy with the price, and it was much higher than other agents had appraised it at and more than we expected to get. During the conditional period, Daniel was hugely hands-on with interpreting the buyer's requests, and even got under the house himself to sort out one of the buyer's building report issues. He referred us to a good plumber and a good sparky who made things happen at short notice during a busy period to get the agreement unconditional.
