He has deep knowledge of the Te Atatū Peninsula area, and it really showed throughout our search. We initially bid at auction but didn’t secure that property. However, Daniel stayed with us through the process and eventually helped us purchase an off-market rental property with land, which turned out to be a fantastic opportunity when looking back in a few years time. We’re very happy with how the deal went — the process was smooth, and the price we purchased at felt fair for the market conditions at the time.
