Diego is every bit the professional; from his appearance to his behaviour. Diego was knowledgeable about the property he was selling and when we wanted more information he came back to us with all the information that we had asked for promptly, every time. Nothing was too much trouble for him and everything was done in a courteous and unflustered way. Diego went out of his way to facilitate the purchase of the property making sure that we as the purchasers were treated fairly as he did for the vendors too. I know that Diego went above and beyond to make this work for all concerned and I would recommend him highly to anyone reading this review who is looking for someone to represent them in the property market. I would recommend Diego to anyone who asks, the service and results he provided were second to none. Right from our first consult Diego gave us sound, balanced advice. He didn’t push us to sell straight away but advised us on how to get the most out of our property. When the time was right and the work was complete he was there to guide us through what can be a daunting process. He worked tirelessly for us throughout and was in constant contact, which provided great peace of mind. The campaign that Diego was able to create for our property was really what set him apart. Under his guidance our house was presented in a way that I didn’t think possible, for a humble house it really stood out from the crowd. This was immediately evident in the staggering number of people who viewed the house in the short time that it was on the market. At the end of the day the proof is in the results, just over two weeks on the market and sold for a price that we thought impossible in the current market. I honestly don’t think we would have achieved these results without Diego and we can’t thank him enough.

We first spoke with Diego after a reference from a friend who sold through Diego in 2017. Since the minute for the first phone call to the sale of our house (3 weeks) Diego has been nothing short of fantastic to deal with. He communicates regularly with good information, he is friendly and caring in a genuine way which made us feel confident and at ease through a reasonably stressful situation. We worked predominantly with Dani from Deigo's team. The team put together a marketing plan and campaign which we followed. The result speaks volumes in that a contract was achieved by day 22 of the property being on the market. Deigo and Dani communicated regularly with us, giving open home feedback and tweaking things as the campaign progressed. We would recommend their team and work with them in the future.

Deigo is a positive dude who my wife & I warmed to immediately. First meeting he allowed us time to wander about and was attentive without being pushy. Easy to get hold of, clear communications and quick follow-up showed good professionalism. Deigo went on leave during the sale but seamlessly handed over the process to hiss boss, Todd. Todd was similarly responsive, easy to work with, and professional. This is a decent agency, happy to endorse.
