Hi Steve Now that we've settled into our new house, I just wanted to drop you a line to say thank you so much for everything! Right from the start you were proactive in helping us to find a new house and going the extra mile to sell our house in record time. Buying and selling at the same time is a nerve wracking experience - especially as novice home buyers - but you made the process smooth and easy to understand. You kept us informed every step of the way and were transparent in your approach. We could see you working around the clock to get us multiple multi offers, a back up offer in our pocket and finally into the house that is perfect for us. It was a lot of work for 3 weeks but we felt completely well looked after in your hands and for that we will recommend you to our friends looking for a little slice of #NorthWest paradise. Steve's work ethic was obvious from the start, making it in an easy decision in choosing him to sell our house. Buying and selling in 3 weeks is no easy task but Steve went the extra mile to get us the sale result we wanted and into the perfect new house for us. With his marketing knowledge, experience and integrity we thoroughly recommend his services to future buyers and sellers.

Thank you so much Steve. You made selling our first house an absolute breeze. You kept us well informed every step of the way. Both hubby and I (and my family) were very impressed from start to finish! We all highly recommend you! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had attended quite a few open homes, looking for the ‘perfect home’, so many that I had been referred to as a ‘tyre kicker’ by some agents. You know how it goes, you attend an open home and a few days later the agent calls you for a follow up and quickly hangs up when they find out that you don’t want to buy their house. Steve was a bit different, he followed up with questions about what I was looking for and realized that I wasn’t a ‘tyre kicker’, but just a very fussy house hunter. Steve took on the challenge and went about the business of finding us our “perfect home” and, after a few months of hunting and quite a number of viewings, he did... a beautiful home in our preferred area that wasn’t officially on the market. He then went about selling our existing house, gaining us a price over what we expected and within a week of putting it on the market. We only had two open homes, making the whole process very easy for us. Steve has all the necessary qualities that a real estate agent should possess and I could go on about his honesty, integrity, professionalism and enthusiasm etc, etc, however I will end my review by simply stating the obvious. Steve gets results. He succeeded in finding us a dream home in a lovely area and I very grateful that he “followed up“, when no other agent bothered.

We highly recommend Steve. We felt we could trust him completely. He was fantastic with communication and informed us of every step. Buying and selling a house is stressful but we know it would have been a million times harder without Steve as our agent. If you're looking to buy or sell a house look no further than Steve Cotter. He sold our property within 4 days. He is down to earth, honest and up front. We wouldn’t use anyone else!

Steve, thank you for bringing the pleasure and professionalism Harcourts is known for in selling my property. Enthusiasm, variety of selling and negotiation methods and most of all the buyers and price I wanted. Top Bloke, top team and no doubt have already recommended. After initially thinking it was going to be a tough process to get through, the reality was I felt relaxed and there was actually minimal effort from my part. Great outcome. I would highly recommend Steve to anyone thinking of selling their home.
