Rental Review
So supportive during the whole prospective tenant process. All communication, written and verbal was tenant focused. Really attentive during the viewing of the property balanced with being able to look at leisure. Great conversationalist and sensed anxiety about securing a rental property. Transaction process was also made very easy and flexibility exercised with access to the property.

Friendly, efficient, responsive, and diligent.
Keri Sullivan has been my property manager for 2 rental properties now and I honestly don't think I could ever use anybody else ever again. Keri is funny and kind and always responsive to queries and property requirements. She went out of her way to get us into our second rental property with Harcourts and at very short notice. All aspects of the rental are tidy and organised and we relly appreciate the dedication she puts into her work.

Warm and Welcoming
Corinna and the team made it quick easy and convenient to secure and move into our rental. She even waited for us well past the agreed time when we were running late on moving day. Overall the agency and staff have been responsive, helpful, warm, prompt and professional. Highly Recommend dealing with them. In fact it was the agents demeanor during the viewing that was a deciding factor in us picking the apartment we did. She was so lovely.
