Our Experience from the moment we met with Todd in office and with Taryn Sumner regarding the sale of property was pleasant. Given the market situation Taryn’s effort was much appreciated. Didn’t give false hopes to start with and knowledge around taxation and rules were great. Once market gets better will try again with them.

Breached my right of quiet enjoyment, changed property after agreement was signed, not fixed issues in a timely matter and my property doesn't meet the basic, no healthy homes standard certificate, no access to main door, no access to my personal mail, no access to take my rubbish out. Property manager does not communicate. Horrible experience.
