Right from when I first met her at the first open house Kath was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and more. What really struck me was that she intuited when to leave me alone to think and consider and did not try to oversell or push me. I was a serious buyer and had many encounters with agents who pushed me too much and did not give me space. So with her professional, yet friendly, manner and no question being too much to find an answer to, I was so very glad that it was Kath who I had to deal with.

Kath she listened to our suggestions, concerns and ideas. She was limited by some of the direct agents poor judgements unfortunately. I only wish she had been our sole agent.
