Leeon and Mukti make a great team, we received good communication after all viewings, activity reporting, excellent customer service, a totally professional service throughout the entire listing and sales process. Leeon didn't stop trying to sell our property in what proved to be a very tricky market... even when he picked up Covid he continued to negotiate by phone on our behalf which lead to the eventual sale. and Mukti is brilliant, honestly nothing was too much trouble. They both really cared and you can't ask for any more than that.

Graham went out of his way to get this deal over the line. I genuinely believe if it wasn’t for his excellent communication both with us and the Vendor this transaction wouldn’t have got over the line. He also went out of his way to accommodate our unique needs with a video call as well. Can’t rate this Real Estate Agent highly enough.

I wanted: Honesty Straight up clear communication Market knowledge in the area These we're important to me when looking for an agent to sell my house. And vital as i was selling in an area I didn't live in. I was selling in a market that was getting worse by the day. It was suggested that i do an auction, i wanted to do a deadline sale and Leeon and Mukti went with what 'I' the client wanted. The house went on the market mid October and didn't sell by deadline but a conditional offer was made. 2 days before that offer expired a cash offer came in. There was a happy ending to this story, the second offer ended up getting the house and i got a better price than the first offer all on the week before Christmas! This was down to how hard my agents worked! If you need to sell or buy a property you should consider Leon and Mukti.
