This is when we met Danielle as the agent for the home we loved. We decided we trusted her so much we wanted to see if she could be our agent too. During the (very accurate) appraisal, Danielle was able to let us know what was needed to be done to ensure our home was ready. As we wanted to get everything ready as quickly as possible, emotions were running high, and sleep was running low. But Danielle was incredibly encouraging, handled our (my) emotions with care, and kept us in the loop throughout the entire process. Danielle went above and beyond to help us feel at ease. We put our home on the market and it was sold within 3 days of it's first open home. I put this down to Danielle knowing what buyers are looking for, her expertise in what the home needs to be 'ready for sale' and for it's new owners, and that Danielle is simply incredible at finding the right people who will enjoy and love your home as much as (or more than) you do. Throughout this whole process, Danielle's integrity, care, and understanding were invaluable to us. We would 100% use Danielle again and recommend her to anyone wanting to buy or sell a home.

Marie was really easy to work with and there was a high level of regular communication. Given that the property is a cross lease there were a few more hoops to jump through but Marie went above and beyond to get what was needed. It got a bit challenging at one point but Marie, very professionally negotiated us all through it to a successful outcome. I would highly recommend her.
