By way of introduction to this review, it's unusual to offer clients a chance to show their "gratitude" for a service that charges a fee. Might want to re-word the invitation. In terms of performance, while we got a good outcome - above asking price and in a short timeframe - and it seems some skill was successfully applied to interested parties to achieve that; the initial assessment of the property was a range, the bottom of which was $100k below what we sold for and $150k below RV, the top $50k and $50k respectively. Only push back from us and some minor work to the property saw the asking price increase to more accurately reflect where we as vendors felt the property should sit in the market. The achievement of more than the asking price in short timeframe, to the first offer we received, while welcome and appreciated, potentially reflects coming from a low base to begin with and always begs the question as to whether it was where it should be. Seems to me the initial assessment of the property was overly pessimistic and perhaps a little more time and consideration of the points we as vendors raised in relation to the attributes of the place would have been useful. That aside, it is done and we are happy with the outcome.

Danielle was so incredible words cannot actually do our review justice. We found a beautiful home to buy before we put our house on the market. This is when we met Danielle as the agent for the home we loved. We decided we trusted her so much we wanted to see if she could be our agent too.
