She looked after our wee dog while we viewed properties, she took photos and measurements for us , she was never pushy and just wanted the best house for us. We were recently supported by Anita and Kieran’s team, including their buyer specialist Toni McCallion, to find our new home. We found the entire team to be incredibly professional and efficient when it came to answering our calls, checking in with us, finding out information and generally going the extra mile to help us. A special mention to Toni, who tirelessly worked to find us our next home. We really felt she listened to what we wanted and understood what was important to us in a property. She was in super regular contact, sometimes daily as our deadline to buy approached, sending us listings, fielding our questions and coordinating many private viewings. We have a young family and Toni even went as far as to push our children on the swings while we looked through a home. After lots of viewings and dedicated communication, Toni found us a property we loved and worked really closely with us in the buying process. There were some unexpected hurdles and we’re really grateful for her hard work and hours put in. Often when I had a query about a document or process I would open my laptop to find Toni had already sent an email answering my question before I had a chance to even send it. Her attention to detail is impressive. The end result was Toni supporting us at auction to buy a property we’re really excited about. Buying can be really overwhelming and having Toni on our team really helped simplify the process and ease some stress.
