As a seller working with Anita and Kieran to sell our property, we had a somewhat mixed experience. While they exhibited strong communication skills throughout the process, we felt that our best interests were not adequately represented on auction day. To begin with, we must acknowledge their excellent communication. They kept us well-informed at every step, promptly answering our questions and providing regular updates on the marketing and buyer interest. Their responsiveness and willingness to address our concerns were noteworthy, fostering a sense of trust and confidence in their abilities. However, when it came to auction day, we were left disappointed. It appeared that they did not effectively advocate for us during the bidding and subsequent negotiation process. The auction is a critical moment where we expected Anita and Kieran to be strategic and negotiate the best possible outcome on our behalf. Unfortunately, it seemed that they were more interested in a sale rather than ensuring that we achieved the best possible price for our property. This resulted in a less favourable outcome than we had hoped for. While we were disappointed with the outcome on auction day, we recognise that real estate transactions can be unpredictable, and there are factors beyond an agent's control. However, we believe that stronger negotiation skills and a more proactive approach during the auction could have potentially yielded better results for us.

Anita made what could be a very stressful time into a smooth process. Starting with the marketing of the property, she guided us through the options (we chose the Electronic 2 package), open homes and even suggested one or two changes to the furniture arrangement to make it look better from the buyer’s perspective.
