Top guy to work with
We had Gareth recommended to us to sell our non-CCC house that had experienced water-tight issues over the last 25 years. He was conservative and honest in his appraisal, being very careful to remain positive but also not hyping our expectations. Once on the market, the house sold quickly and to a purchaser that none of us had considered to be in the 'likely market' we had expected. While obviously disappointed that our house would never fetch the sort of $ that it would had it had a CCC, in our opinion Gareth secured the best we could hope for, realistically. His communication and availability is first-rate and he has always been very approachable, happy to assist wherever possible and a pleasure to deal with. Thanks Gareth. PS We went on to purchase a new house listed by Gareth.

Knowledgeable, warm, and professional
We had an outstanding experience with Anita, Leah and the team. Nothing was too much to ask. They took the time to walk us through our options and we were able to buy the house we wanted, when at several points we thought it wouldn’t be possible. Now we get to do it again as we prepare to sell our own place. Amazing knowledge and support throughout the whole process. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this A-team.

Excellent professional agent
Anita was brilliant to deal with right from the get go. She followed through with everything she said she would do. Whilst she was able to be very friendly and approachable, she also still remained professional at all times. Her suggestions and advice were really good and despite initially not wanting to go to auction, after hearing her explanations we decided we would try it and ended up selling at a brought forwards auction with multiple bidders. I was impressed with her marketing, really liked her copy write and also liked how she was able to see how our house could suit various buyers and was able to paint that tailored picture to them. She has a good team working with her and excellent systems in place. I would certainly use Anita to sell another property again and happily recommend her to others.

Great market knowledge, we felt more informed about house pricing.
Thank you to Kylie for helping us purchase our first home. As first time home buyers we had faced so many challenges in regards to understanding the market, and when it came to price negotiations, we struggled during the process having many offers fall through. When Kylie got in contact with us to view the property, we initially felt that it was going to be yet another disappointment. However, we soon realised that she represented the buyer too, and genuinely wanted to help us. She guided us in the right direction in terms of pricing, negotiations, and informed us how to best present an offer in multi-offer scenarios. Kylie was always readily available to answer any questions that we had, and was quick to follow up to resolve any uncertainties and issues during the process. She helped arrange everything at the right time and presented every time we needed something done at the property. It was a pleasure to deal with an agent that genuinely wanted to help us through the home buying process.
