Sandra Turner - 11/10!!
I spent many a weekend with Sandra Turner from Harcourts Millwater/Silverdale, going to open homes. It nearly got to the point I was starting to feel that she was family as we spent so much time together!! Thankfully after losing out on around 4-5 houses due to various situations, Sandra knew of a house coming onto the market, just as the photographers were doing their job for online advertising (heads-up, it was a waste of time 😉). Sandra made a live walk-thru video of the house in Millwater one lunchtime for me as I was working in the CBD and couldn't make viewings during weekdays due to the distance/time between the 2 locations. I ended up making an offer on the property that afternoon on Sandras’s description/videos/photos, real-life sight unseen, as she walked me through the property. I could hear the excitement in her voice during that live walkthrough that she knew she had found me my "forever" home. As it turned out, I purchased that property, and am extremely happy there. Sandra, really, really went the extra mile to find me this new house after my divorce and was always happy to listen to my stories. My 8-year-old daughter and I love it here. Thank you, Team. You deserve all the credit in helping me find my new home during a difficult personal time - Thank You! Highly recommend this Team.

In hard real estate times - this was the agent to use.
Jenna was very professional in her approach, explaining to us the current state of the market and giving advice on how to successfully promote the properties we had to sell on behalf on a deceased estate. She provided good insights and demonstrated her understanding of the market across the Auckland region. She was regularly in contact with us to explain next steps and what we needed to do to prepare for the open homes and auctions. After each open home Jenna provided an update on number of attendees, feedback on the property and any potential buyers. We went to the auction with a good understanding of who the buyers might be and how the reserves should be set.

Amazing Service
Gareth has been amazing from beginning to end and beyond of our house purchase experience. Gareth listened to what our "wish list" was and did his utmost to hunt down the right house for us. Couldn't ask for more
