She understands what we are looking for and always tried to find the best houses within our budget. We appreciate that she spent a lot of time taking us to open homes and private viewings and educating us on different things to avoid or to look for in a property. Also, she always answers any questions we have quickly - anything about the process of buying a house such as getting a building report or making an offer and so on.
