I was involved with Diego first buying a house and then selling it. I recommend him highly. If you want your house sold, hire Diego. He may appear concise and straight to business, and some vendors could find it not to their liking - and they would be wrong. My partner and I had the pleasure of working with Team Diego on the sale of our property in Royal Heights, Massey. From the start, we found Diego to be very professional, always available and organised, with meetings/auction date quickly put in our diaries and regular updates provided in a timely way. The sale process presented some challenges given the home's plaster construction but Diego and his colleague Hongyan dealt with any questions that arose expertly, and offered high levels of reassurance to both ourselves and buyers. The property passed in at auction, but again Diego and Hongyan were right on hand to share their experience and advice and just over a week later we were sold! Go Team Diego! :)
