Jan had great overall knowledge of the housing market and of our location. Throughout the process we were kept fully up todate even through the quiet Christmas period. Jan is a very professional agent. She sat down with us prior to putting the property on the market and went over everything so we understood the process completely. She had bearly put the property live when she had an interested buyer. They had a viewing and an offer was put on the table. We negoiated and came to a resolution that I feel we were happy with and the buyer too. It has been a very quick, easy and painless process and Jan has made that process so easy and kept us informed all the way. I would definitely recommmend her to anyone that wanted to buy or sell a property.

Nothing is too much trouble for Jan. She focuses on finding a solution whenever there is an issue. Her communication is very good and she clearly cares about people. I was referred to Jan by a close friend. She was a delight to work with. Jan keep me informed with 15 mins of a viewing and I didn't have to worry about a thing. This is meant to be a stressful period, when selling a property but Jan made it so easy. Nothing was a problem and I was treated like I was the only person with a property to sell.
