Very disappointing experience, lack of communication and dishonest pricing
At our first meeting I advised Donna I thought her expectations of price were unrealistic, she assured us she was an expert and could achieve the price that she suggested. We agreed to go with her price for as she explained she is the expert and has extensive experience with the Levin market.
When signing the sale agreement I picked up on a mistake of over charging for fees, which was not reassuring of her competence.
I constantly had to ask for feedback from open homes and after 4 weeks Donna was very rude advising we needed to drop the price by $70,000!
This price put it into the price range I had initially suggested. I cannot stress how rude and condescending Dona was during this interaction. This conversation was overheard by others who were in my vehicle at the time and they were appalled by Donna. The Emails that I sent to her asking for clarification on this matter were neither acknowledged nor answered.
Since the house sold I had one text asking about keys and that’s it.
Due to having a family member who is a Harcourts agent I am aware that my experience with Donna is well below of what is expected from Harcourts agents.
You may well ask why I didn’t drop Donna like a hot potato but unfortunately due to the house being in partnership I was unable to do so.
