Sold a very difficult land locked block with pretty average access, well marketed, (although I paid for that) but presented an offer in very short time. Didn't come round once purchased as they said they would to make sure everything was working when put power on ..alot stuff wasn't working

The handover (between agents) due to previous commitments went smoothly and Kara continued managing the process very well, communication was excellent, she kept us up to date with the situation every time she had some to give.
