Concise, diligent and delivers fabulous results

I engaged with Leroy to sell my property after lovingly owning and renovating it for nearly eleven years. Rare find - REA who is fair and a great communicator!

Leroy was amazing to deal with from start to finish! Although we were the buyers, we felt Leroy was honest and fair. He was accommodating and was so quick to respond to any questions or requests. Without a doubt, we want to Leroy to sell on our behalf in future.

Room for improvement

Adrian didn’t know much about the property. I asked if all the buildings/sheds were consented he said yes. He emailed through the lim where we saw 2 rooms/extensions to the property had no consent. We asked other common rural property questions and he said he would have to check with the owner, like how many water tanks were connected and if they used the bore. We had to chase for most our answers and for what happens next. Also still waiting for the sold sign to be collected and we settled 5 days ago.
