The man for the job

Excellent advisor & agent
Gary is an excellent agent. He was knowledgeable about a myriad of rural, planning and building issues and gave great advice about what to focus on when preparing and selling your property. He was practical and hands on and went out of his way to make the sale happen as fast as possible in a tough market. I would recommend him to anyone considering selling in the wider Cambridge area and for any rural property.

Your marketing campaign was right on target as evidenced by a high level of phone and internet inquiry and strong attendance at open homes even through the worst of a very wet winter. From our initial meeting to move-out day you impressed us with your very approachable and friendly attitude with a level of expertise and experience that really inspired confidence. You could always be contacted by phone and always kept us in the picture of how our sale was progressing. Even when things wobbled a few times you encouraged us to stick with the program and never suggested we drop price to achieve a fast sale and ultimately we got the price we needed.
