From the time we walked through the door Cassie was able to guide us through the main features of the house and give a clear understanding on what would be required to make an offer on the property. I choose to use Cassie having known her through us having children at the same school and my brief interactions with her there when dropping off and picking up kids. She kept us well informed of how our property was doing on the market - ie. number of people through open homes and their feedback. She managed to get us a multi offer situation in a short amount of time. Given this was an estate sale, within a couple of months of the passing of our father Cassie worked wonders with the little information we were able to provide her. She went above and beyond to gather information we didn't have and recommended amazing people to help us with the sale of items in the house our family no longer required. I would highly recommend Cassie to anyone wanting to sell a property. She will put in the hard yards to ensure you the best outcome and do it with a smile on her face and a helping hand. I felt I asked many a question of her but she never made me feel as though my questions were trivial or stupid.
