The real estate process has changed dramatically since my parents last sold their home 25 years ago, and we leaned heavily on Steve and Leonie's experience as we navigated through together. I am hugely grateful for their willingness to tailor their communication style to our needs, as this enabled me, as daughter/secretary, to be sure that I was communicating the correct information to my parents throughout the process.
