Prior to settlement, Helen freely offered advise for settling into a brand new home, and helping us perform a detailed pre-settlement inspection. After we moved in we had a number of questions for the builder, and a couple of minor things needing to be fixed. Helen was super helpful and efficient in facilitating discussions with the builder. We knew we were in safe hands and well supported. We highly recommend Helen and would happily buy a home through her again.

Helen worked with the Tenants in taking the property to the market and sold the property in a short period. We moved overseas, Helen took full responsibility for the process from marketing to handing over the keys to the new owners , she also helped us in negotiating a price with new owners for the furniture we left with the property.
