Is honest and straight up and doesn't bullshit.
He knows the market I am working in and has always been up front about what price I could expect to achieve knowing the quality of my work. His negotiating skills are top notch and he usually is able to bring multiple offers to the table.

Knows the market, great to deal with, gets results
When I go to some open homes, I find real estate agents may be friendly and engaging, but very few ask the right questions. I also have had many occasions where they have suggested "putting in a cheeky offer". Stephen is both engaging and asks very good questions, understanding what the buyers are looking for, and is action oriented. From observing Stephen when looking to purchase, as well as selling, I believe Stephen maximises both the sale opportunities and value
