Lorrel was great from the beginning and a pleasure to work with through the process. Not only was she honest and engaging but she had my best interests at heart, keeping me regularly updated during lengthy settlement and following up with vendors to get updates. Given I was based out of town she went above and beyond in terms of helping ensure the house was ready for viewing and handover day, being my eyes on the ground assisting in what needed to be done and helped liaise or make a key available for any trades people that needed to go through the house. To top it off we sold out house for the price we listed it at, not anything less, which is what ever seller wants. Thanks Lorrel for all your help and ensuring the sale went through.
