Karl was very professional and good at keeping us informed. He was easy to contact and replied to messages straight away which was good. I’m not sure that his knowledge of the Beachlands property market was all that good, although it is a moving feast so hard to keep track of. Unfortunately, we overpriced our property to start with which meant that we had no interest in it when initially marketed. It was only when I suggested a huge price reduction that we had any offers and a consequent sale. That was disappointing as we live in Christchurch and didn’t really know the Auckland market so were heavily reliant on Karl’s advice. Karl did immediately sort out any issues that arose after the sale had been confirmed.
