His communication was excellent throughout — always keeping us updated and guiding us with confidence. In the end, Kevin gave us the right push to go ahead with the purchase, and looking back, it turned out to be a great buy. We really appreciate his professionalism and support. We are incredibly grateful to Cherie for selling our property in just four weeks! From the very beginning she was honest and upfront which gave me complete confidence in the process. Her kindness and compassion made a potentially stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. She went above and beyond and we couldn't have asked for a better person to guide us through this journey. Highly recommend Cherie!!

I recently purchased a residential property in Howick with the assistance of Cherie Brice and her associate, Lisa Looi. Both ladies were extremely professional, were always available, and made the process enjoyable and fulfilling. As a purchase 'off the plans' it meant there were options for me to consider, and Cherie and Lisa worked patiently with me as I considered my choices and made several changes during the time frame that was available to do so. The time from signing to possession was over two years, and this meant there were many interactions along the journey, all of which were pleasant and efficient, leading to very satisfactory conclusion. I am very happy to recommend both Cherie and Lisa as professional, reliable and trustworthy real estate salesperson to anyone who may need services in that field. AAAA++++

We had the pleasure of Karl and team managing the sale of our 4-bed home in Howick. Prior to putting the house (ex rental) on the market, Karl provided invaluable advice on how to present the house in the best light and condition to the market, while remaining cost efficient. Karl and team devised a short term sales campaign for our home that attracted early, strong interest and we were able to sell the house successfully within just a matter of weeks. Karl and the team are extremely professional, courteous, super helpful (managing staging company and other contractors), provide immediate feedback post viewings and profitable valuable insight during the offer process. We were delighted with the outcome and would highly recommend Karl and team.
