Karl and his team were amazing! My parents had been in their home for 48 years and were extremely nervous about selling their place and dealing with an estate agent. Half way through our first meeting with Karl, my mum commented that she was feeling so much better about everything! I contacted several agents to handle the sale of my Cockle Bay property, all were good but Karl shone above the rest from the first minute. Karl and is team are all action, easy to work with, do what they say they will do. Another thing I like is that Karl is not pushy will work with you and come up with a solution that suits your selling style and make the most of it. The negotiiations were well handled, the advice given was on point leading to an exceleent result for both parties. The property was sold within 2 weeks for the price desired. I can't rate Karl enough and wouldn't go anywhere else. You won't regret using Karl and his team. It was so easy, professional, and the result was awesome.

Karl was very professional to deal with, while at the same time making us feel very comfortable during our interactions. We were kept informed every step of the way and we knew exactly where we stood during the process. I think that considering the drop in the market prices and rising interest rates, that Karl did his absolute best job he could to get us as much money for our property, that the situation allowed. We would happily use Karl again, if we were to sell another property.
