I couldn't speak more highly of both Cherie and Lisa - right from the very first appraisal they were brilliantly communicative. They personally helped us set up for open homes, regularly made time for calls, and were open and honest at every step of the way. They helped us to clearly understand the auction process and then used their strategy to deliver a sale we were thrilled with. You won't regret choosing Cherie & Lisa to sell your home - professional, empathetic, and RESULTS!

It was a real pleasure to deal with Cherie and her team. From helpful suggestions on presenting the home to assisting in the preparation of the open homes, nothing was too much trouble. Relentlessly positive she followed up all prospects answering even the most difficult of queries and concerns. Regular in depth feedback on the open homes meant we got a real appreciation on what the market perceived what the properties' strengths and weaknesses were. This allowed us to to focus on the optimum buyer and property value. Cherie never lost focus on achieving a result and pulled out "all stops" to keep the property fresh in the market. Always cheerful and friendly it was a pleasure to work with Cherie ensuring that I never lost heart in achieving a sale.

We were so lucky to get Cherie’s help in successfully purchasing our first home. We’ve been seeing more than 30 houses over the last two and a half months and Cherie was the most welcoming, genuine and efficient listing agent. Cherie demonstrated a high level of integrity in all dealings. I truly felt that Cherie was dedicated to securing the best possible outcome for us as a client. She’s very responsive and approachable. Whenever we had a concern or any questions, Cherie always replied to us promptly. Our experience with Cherie was exceptional. I would not hesitate to recommend Cherie to anyone in need of real estate services, and I will certainly seek her expertise in the future.
