Karl and his Team showed their knowledge of the housing market right from the start with a well prepared presentation which outlined what we could expect in terms of selling price time frame and the best sales option. They produced a very successful campaign which created a large number of prospective buyers at a time when the housing market was somewhat in the doldrums. Each of their open homes over the 4 week period produced double figure prospects viewing our home, which was an excellent result. The communication from Harcourts Howick gave us excellent feedback each week and both Karl and Rosey, kept us in touch with their progress regularly. Auction day came with a high number of bidders and interested parties turning up at the on the day. Karl`s suggested auctioneer was brilliant and managed both the bidders and onlookers with the just the right amount of business talk and light hearted banter which made the whole auction process very enjoyable for all who attended. We are delighted with the result and have found the whole process of dealing with Karl and his team stress free and enjoyable. We would highly recommend Karl and his team to any prospective sellers.

Maybe, if you look very long and hard you MIGHT find another agent who works as hard as Karl, but I challenge anyone to find an agent who works HARDER. Karl, Bridget, and their team are relentless in their pursuit of getting the best outcome. Decades of high-performance experience is obvious, and the result we achieved was only possible because of their ability to navigate a very hard market. Rather than just paying lip-service to it, at every stage they demonstrate an absolute commitment to working in our best interests, and their communication throughout is phenomenal. I met Karl on an Open Day and never saw him again. I called him after and said I wanted to go back and view and he sent Bridget. I messaged him after that and said I had a couple of other properties I was considering and would get back to him and never spoke to him again. Bridget did the followup after 2nd viewing and all my interactions were with her thereafter.
