The first time I contacted Mr. Jay Zheng he had already finished for the day and was getting ready for dinner. He put everything aside and met us at the property on sale. He gave me the impression that he was different from the most realestate agents. He was gentle, polite, patient and spoke to us slowly and clearly. He knew the area well and had a great knowledge on local population, rental demand and rental rate. By the time we were getting ready to leave we expressed our interested in purchase of the property. Two days later we signed the conditional cash offer. Jay set up a group chat on Wechat so that we could communicate in time. Through the time we signed the offer to the time the sale was settled, Jay had always made himself available. The most impression Jay has left me with is that Jay is a great listener.
