Grace was very helpful throughout the process and was always quick to respond. She was flexible, easy to deal with, and made the overall experience a positive one. The only small area for improvement would be around the negotiation stage. Grace did put forward the offer I intended to make, which I appreciated. However, I would have preferred a little less convincing before having the offer written down, as I felt clear on what I wanted to offer. In saying that, this would not detract from dealing with Grace, as outside of this she was excellent and I would happily work with her again in the future. Overall, I appreciated Grace’s support and found her great to work with.
