He put real thought into the video and the hooks, and it pulled over 20,000 views. Our buyer came straight from that social media. He told us exactly what to do before we listed, so the sale was smooth the whole way through. Everything he said he'd do, he did. He showed buyers at 11 pm, accommodated viewings every day, and always had time for us. The result: a record price for the subdivision, above CV, in a tough market. If you're selling, don't chase the cheapest agent or the cheapest marketing. Go with Nas for a premium price and premium service. We highly recommend him
