Jimmy clearly communicated with us from the very start of the sale, making sure we understood each step of the process and allowed us ample time to ask any questions we had. He made sure we were happy with all the marketing and asked our input. He gave regular updates on the progress of the open homes including lots of information on the current state of the housing market and how our marketing was performing. During the auction he ensured that we were comfortable and well informed, especially as we ended up selling over the phone while overseas. He worked extremely hard to get our property over the line and we are very happy with the result. Stevie Golding was the ultimate professional from the start to finish, having interrupted his Australian holiday with our reasonably tight timeframe and the thorough work he put in to our property had us perfectly set up for auction day. We believe we had six potential bidders in the room which in this current economic climate and supposed housing downturn was a phenomenal effort.
