An Excellent Partner in Buying my First Home

Buying my first home at 30 was a very daunting experience. Everybody warns you to be cautious of sellers trying to hide faults, dodgy Lawyers, hidden council fees and most of all...the dreaded Real Estate Agent! Imagine my surprise when I ended up dealing with Reubyn. From the first moment we met her, she was energetic, very helpful, knowledgeable about the unit (one of many she was helping juggle selling in the block at the same time) and all around a joy to deal with. She followed up with us about our viewing experience and helped ease my concerns by answering more questions about the place and the process. From when we put an offer in until the keys were handed over, Reubyn went above and beyond to help us troubleshoot issues and work on negotiating our offer to the best possible price for the place. She made calls and sent emails far outside of her normal operating hours and never made it sound like it was a chore or a nuisance. She even sounded happier for me that I got the house on the day than she did to receive a commission for it. Now happily living in my first home, I would easily say Reubyn was the best and least stressful part of the whole experience. Couldn't recommend a better agent to go through. If you are in Christchurch and need to buy or sell a home, see this lady first. You will absolutely not regret it! :)
