Malcolm (and Kay) were fantastic
Malcolm and his wife Kay were fantastic to work with. I was a buyer not located in Christchurch. They went out of their way to show me around the property (on video and later in person), went the extra mile to go back and inspect parts of it for me again and take photos, on multiple occasions, to answer some questions from the builder who did my building report. Malcolm was very responsive, kept the lines of communication open for all those little things that don't need lawyers, and was overall wonderful to deal with. Would absolutely recommend.

Second sale with Malcolm....same exceptional result!!
We can't express how satisfied we have been with Malcolm, and his lovely wife Kay! They have been extremely diligent in their approach to our house sale, achieving a very positive result. This is our second house sale with Malcolm and we cannot fault the professionalism, attention to detail and perseverance. This sale was for an apartment, which can sit on the market for a reasonable length of time, however, Malcolm kept refreshing the selling approach, which ultimately led to a happy Vendor and happy Purchaser.
