Mike and I are so grateful to Shar and Alan for their work on our behalf, selling our family home of 20 years. We have even enjoyed the process – which was quite different from expectations! Their strengths and whole of life and real estate experience contributed to a well-rounded team. Shar demonstrated warmth, care and attention to detail in all she did. This was most obviously seen in her abundant fudge offerings, but was also evident in how she meaningfully and individually connected with potential buyers and her focus on a process and environment that supported the vendor and potential buyers to feel comfortable and listened to. The property they marketed and sold on our behalf has been the place in which the story of our family has been created and sustained over the past 20 years. Shar and Alan appreciated this, humouring and respecting us as we shared precious memories, and journeying with us as we came t0 terms with the life change we were embarking on as a family. We are so grateful for their kindness. It has been an honour to work with Alan and Shar, and we now fully appreciate the amount of work that real estate agents put in to ensure a great process and a great outcome.
