Great Experience Buying Our First Home

We recently bought our home with Chanelle and honestly couldn’t be happier with how everything went. She was great to deal with the whole way through, she was easy to talk to, quick to respond, and always kept us in the loop as things progressed. Any time we had questions or needed clarification, she chased it up with the owners and got back to us quickly. Right from the start she made a real effort, organising multiple viewings for us, even outside normal hours so we could work around our schedules. She helped guide us through several offers and stayed patient, professional, and supportive even when a few didn’t work out. The whole process felt far less stressful because of how proactive and genuine she was.
