Marie is a great real estate agent. she helped my sister and I sell our mother's house after she passed away. From the first conversation we had with her through the post-auction process, Marie provided knowledgeable and professional advice. She made the sale simple and straightforward for us. Marie's marketing of the property was highly effective. Over a 4 week period leading up to the auction nearly 100 separate groups viewed the house at either open homes or private showings. Marie was responsive to questions from buyers and managed the inspection process very well. Nine parties attended the auction and the property was sold under the hammer for a price well above our reserve. Marie's hard work resulted in an excellent outcome for us from a monetary perspective. But just as importantly she was a trusted, professional, and composed partner throughout. We couldn't have asked for more - if I could give six stars, I would.

George worked with us to secure a property from out of town, and went above and beyond to help us, taking a genuine interest in finding the right property for us. He was extremely helpful and quick to view properties on our behalf, was in constant communication, and was always extremely professional, friendly and helpful. He took so much stress out of the process, being our etes on the ground, and able to give us excellent advice not just on the houses, but on the neighbourhoods too - the videos of surrounding streets were super helpful to give us a feel for buying in an unfamiliar area. It’s clear that George is passionate about what he does, and is very keen to make himself indispensable. I highly recommend working with George, and working with a buyers agent proved to be invaluable in our hunt for a new home.

Tom is easy to communicate with. Although he is a very busy person, he will try to accommodate you with your needs and requests however sometimes we need more time with everything like looking or checking at the house that you wanna purchase or informations that you needed as a first home buyer which i believe is a life changing decision.
