Spencer assisted in selling my house in Lincoln's Barton Fields Village built for people over 55. At all times he was friendly, considerate and professional in his dealings with me and answered my queries honestly. He can communicate his thoughts clearly and effectively. He advised me on marketing strategy and pricing based on nearby recent sales using his obvious awareness of the market He offered several Open Homes before the Auction, arranged a photographer to provide advertising photos which include aerial drone shots which gave perspective. Spencer had advertising signage on the street which included some eye catching photographs to show what the house offered in modern style, spaciousness and colour scheme. I can fully recommend Spencer as a agent.
