He was always available by phone/email and kept me fully informed and updated of anything that was happening with open homes, offers etc He went out of his way to get the best price, gave excellent recommendations based on his market knowledge (even if it wasn't always what I wanted to hear), but he was honest and I really appreciated that at the end of the day.
