Had a reasonable experience during the period of sale. Once the sale took place then we were not too convinced with the final stages. Just a bit of a shambles

Worked with the team in cluding Adam and Lyall. Their appraisal was very detailed. We had 2 other appraisals but they lacked detail, Adam and Lyall carried out a detailed inspection highlighting items that were above the average home, and appraised value slightly above the others.
