It has been a positive experience with Pete. Communication has been open, honest and timely. We have had frequent updates and felt that we knew what was happening at all times. Steve was very good to deal with. He is a hard worker, always positive, honest, realistic and very fair and that's what you need when buying and selling in the realestate market, especially in this current market where a house likely will not sell for what you believe it's worth or the CV says online. If you don't have these quality's then you are just a glorified car-salesman for houses and that's not a good look. So again, huge thanks to Steve and his team.
