Jackie is a very experienced agent and demonstrated that when we contracted her to act as our agent to sell our property. Right from the get go she suggested the best way to maximise the potential sale price ( via auction) and then kept us well informed for the month leading up to auction date. She did an excellent job promoting it prior the auction. We consequently sold the property for a solid price on that day. We unreservedly recommend her as the agent for you!

Jackie guided me to sell by tender which she steered professionally and made the process trouble free and care free. At all times I felt she had my best interest. Jackie communicated with the lawyer on my behalf but communicated with me at all times the way forward to secure an uncomplicated contract. Jackie’s knowledge of the market was excellent and she endeavoured to seek the best outcome for me. My experience with Jackie Frame was always keeping me informed of any progress and very professional with her advice. I would highly recommend Jackie to sell your property as her knowledge of what would work best is invaluable.

We purchased our property through Jackie. Other than the initial visit to the property we did everything else remotely as we were still in Auckland at the time. Jackie made the process seamless, going above and beyond to assist us at every step. Once we had purchased, and before we moved down, she also helped out many times with arranging things and just generally being there. If we ever decide to sell, or buy again, Jackie will be our first call.

Jackie is a long-standing Hanmer Springs local and I would argue the area's best real estate agent due to her understanding of the community and her extensive experience working within its unique housing market. We've engaged Jackie both as a purchaser and as a vendor because of her knowledge, ability to communicate and listen to clients, and her professionalism. In particular, she is very flexible and responsive to client objectives and needs. We were in need of selling our property quickly and we achieved a great result where both purchasers and vendors were happy. This was not an easy task, as the market had quickly changed, but her in-depth knowledge of how Hanmer real estate works enabled us to adapt and meet our goal. We would not hesitate to contact Jackie to help us again if we are fortunate enough to return once again to beautiful Hanmer Springs. I highly recommend her!!
