Great result from our point if view. Jackie recommended an auction, which proved to be the right choice. We were not at all confident that the property would set given the market condition. Jackie secured a buyer and on the day the auctioneer and Jackie sealed the deal. The presentation of the house via the internet, we felt was excellant.. Jackie kept was informed after every open home about viewing and feeded back. This helped us arrive at a reserve price which we hoped would secure a quick sale, but which was higher than our initial thinking. This is the secobd occasion that Jackie has sold a house for us, and I think that this in itself speaks of the qualities that Jackie has displayed for both sales.
